Booking Details For Special Events
We specialize in large venue events, but that doesn’t mean that we couldn’t do a very special small event too! Private, weddings, birthday parties or corporate events.
Our rates are simple:
Rent our food truck for up to 4 hours (great for about 300 guests). Additional hours 100/hr. Set up and teardown are included and separate than the 4hrs.
- Serving Just Coffee or Ice Cream – $850
Includes Items up to $5, no shakes, frappes, floats, or sundaes - Serving Both Coffee and Ice Cream – $1050
Includes Items up to $5, no shakes, frappes, floats, or sundaes - Serving Open Menu – $2400
Includes everything in the menu
Now, all you have left to do is send us a date request and we’ll go over the details with you. Keep in mind that the dates can only be reserved and guaranteed once full payment has been received.
Minimum Sales for Public Events: The minimum is calculated after the event has concluded. The total tickets are grossed, and the total is subtracted from Option C (Full Open Menu). By agreeing to a minimum sales options, your event is secured, and it is our responsibility to come. Unless there is an unprecedented or catastrophic circumstances, for which we will be communicating as required.
Additional charges that may apply are:
- $.60 for round trip mileage (if the event is farther than 5 miles one way)
- 5.5% Taxes (because Uncle Sam just won’t leave us alone)
- 20% gratuity (because we have a large team that makes every event possible and usually can’t come and have fun)
- 4% convenience credit card fee (sorry, or pay by check or even better cash)
